This seems like awesome feature.
Mabye showed 164 methods example is a little bit exaggerate, but when I gave it second thought I realized that indeed it's great idea.
When I think about most often used Class like Sprite I realized that I use often addChild(), addEvenListener(), visible, alpha and few other methos/properties, but I am rarely use methods like hasEventListener or properties like blendShader or soundTransform.

I believe this could speed up developement process a lot. You got my vote Dominic.

This is a nice idea..although there is the issue of trying to figure our how to filter it. Perhaps the best thing would to have a 'top 5 used' appear on the top, a line break, and then the normal filers sorted alphabetically.

I am not sure if the 'top 5 used' is a good idea, because it's not a matter of top X used but rather used properties vs unused.
Recommend only displays 'recommended methods', so there is probably some easy way to display all methods (pressing space while recommended code complete hint window is open)

You could review 'Recommends' features video. It nicely demonstrates few concepts like learning recommendations and simple recommendation matching algorithm.

I wonder maybe it would it be possible to integrate this whole plugin into FDT instead of creating new one.
