ctrl+/ should comment the selected lines in the eclipse editor. It currently does nothing.

Preferences -> General -> Keys -> Toogle Comment

make sure there are no conflicts

althought it would be nice to have this as default setting

Unfortunately, I prefer this as well; however, we shouldn't change it.

Interestingly, lots of people use the default keystroke for comments. If we suddenly change it, they will think something is broken.

P.S. we tired this and it confused some devs here at the tower....
